Hyper Speed

is there a shop in the matrix that sells hyper speed, i been to mostly all the maps and cant find it

Vendors don't sell it if I recall rightly, you have to code it

As for hyper speeds as people have said you need to code it or buy it off someone who has (:

Because giving it an ongoing IS cost (like auras) would suck?

Figure same concept as Hypers no? Just annoying when u running missions etc... And then u have to reclick it. Or being lower lvl and u dont have enough IS to be able to use it.

It doesn't cost that much and it's once every 5 minutes. Honestly stop being lazy

I'm sure hyper speed and evade are both 40 IS. So when lvln and using both, you're best to have a /sit before ongoing to missions.
