"It remains to be seen whether the wheel will catch on in the business world, due to most companies using the computer for actual work, and not just d*cking around."

Love it.

That's just like an IPOD laptop....... And anyone who buys that is going to have a REAL FUN TIME writing letters, email etc.

I'd say a keyboard is still the winner here xD

"Everything is just a few hundred clicks away.."

Lol!

#36300533646 01/06/2009 12:25:02 Re:The New MacBook Wheel!

"The MacBook can last almost 20 minutes without needing to be recharged"

"Virtually unbreakable unless dropped or hit"

"Next generation of MacBook wheel which will be 4 ounces lighter due to it's lack of screen, harddrive or wheel"

Really I mean if you really think that this was real.... you win one of these computers.

I can't wait for the next model. It's 4 pounds lighter. They've managed to do away with the monitor, hard drive, battery and wheel!

Technology is amazing!

I sent this to a co-worker that is obsessed with apple and thinks there is nothing greater (as most apple users do).

This is what he replied:

"That looks like it would take some time getting use to, but leave it to Apple to develop a new approach.  It’s like the Ipod with a bigger wheel and more features. As long as my stocks keep going up, that’s the real important part. lol"

He really thought the video was legit. He also started fiendishly looking for the keynote of steve jobs that he had missed and muttered how he thought he knew the vp gave the keynote this year...
