Yeah I've been getting that all day. I'm assuming it's a bug or maybe just do a system check. I'm not motivated enough to solve the problem so I can't really say for sure what's causing it.
If I remember correctly, back in beta Mara C was not the starting hardline for newbies. For a fact, my first HL dropoff was Moriah East and I started a month and a half before the end of launch. I think it has been discussed numerous times...
