I use /loadlo macros and haven't experienced any lag really. It's pretty instantaneous for me. And I never have my (O) panel open, so that might be it for you.

It's also a pain when you're co-op farming with other orgs. When someone flags and jumps into our aoe, it disbands the team. If done accidentally, again, I understand. But doing it repeatedly in a malicious fashion while follow the farming...
