why is my account still not working? really? i posted this about 4 times now really im just gona cancel my subscripon since im paying but not playing.
hey i got a thing to ask from the devs.

What problem are you having with your account?
the problem where when it getts to the loading screen it says "account already in use and its been like that for 5 days.
I was locked out of the game or almost three days this same way once. You need to contact tech support. Once you do that, you will most likely have use of your account within an hour.
Okay.. do this:
1) Go here: http://soe-ing.custhelp.com/cgi-bin...ser/std_alp.php
2) Click on : In-game support
3) Sign in
4) Fill out petition
This should help.
A.) This post belongs in the tech-help forum... you won't get help from a GM in General Discussion.
B.) you need to lodge a petition (click the support button on the launcher, log in to the site and away you go)

If it's during the hours of 10 AM and 7 PM (Pacific time) on a work week (Monday through Friday, normally), then send me a Private Message letting me know your station name and the last 4 digits of the credit card (just so I can confirm ownership). I have a way to "unlock" the account.
Alternatively, if you want to get nearly-immediate response to an unlock request, take the same information requested above and go to our live chat and ask for Chris L. or Mario N. They have the necessary access to the required unlock utilities.
