I don't know when that post was dated.  But, the game came out in March and "officially" switched hands in August. Chances are they were in talks long before then.  The guy was probably right.  There were a lot of strategy-guide types that were here in beta.  And, a few said, it wasn't worth it.

I think you don't get what this is about. He said, he had a "reliable source" that the game was planned to be shut down, so if you want to to argue "that guy's right ya know", you better come up with something better than "so yea, a few years ago the game launched, and there were some peeps who found it sort of bad"

Wow, now this is a truly devastating piece of evidence that the game is going down "at the beginning of the next year" or "in a few months" after being not worth it for such a long time.
