I think the Downtown lag, if I remember what I read correctly, was caused by the higher buildings, their elevators and floors. That's why there wasn't any lag in Edgewater but lots of lag in Park East.

Dual Pistol Execution stopped working for meh. So right now I can't use hacks in interlock and DPE doesn't work either. It's extremely annoying!

It definitely seems to be gotten worse. I couldn't launch any viral attacks in interlock yesterday (none! It didn't work!). When I switched to duelist less than half of the time I was lucky enough for a special to actually launch.
