Hope what happened between Wright and Carylne is explained properly some time. So far all we know is she somehow stole his android body. According to this event, by getting on his ship. But this was after she "died" in the real and entered...
White Area K aint' really my thing but I know some people who'll love it so yay for them. Just hope the Corrupted quest is being rebalanced in light of the new Headgear. No-one wants to do months worth of farming as it is, let alone twice.
While RSI captures are a cool concept, I feel they could use some more concrete setting into the universe/game. Maybe a new quest that rewards you with an "RSI Capture Tool" which, when equipped in the tool slot (severely underused as it i...
Yeah, had to slowly grind my own key operations to a halt over the last few months. I still direct people to SL but buddy keys were preferred by a lot of people, especially with SL still being in beta. Oh well, end of an era and all that.
MxO-Insertion wrote: Holy cow! The new changes altered the color of her RSI!!!! ^_^ Heh, noticed that too. Wonder what Rare's trying to imply? =O
Rarebit wrote: - Elite Commando Gloves will no longer have visible bumpy ridges Noooooooooooooooooo, is there nothing you can do to save my sweet, sweet, commando gloves? Like a new, similar, but not game breaking effect? Like you did with...
Rarebit wrote: It also means I may have to ditch some of their surface effects, like the ridges on the Elite Commando gloves. :'(
Piece of paper rubbish.

Oh, im a Male, body size 2. Tested this with a mate as well (with the same results), think he's the same but can't be sure. Screenies: Note, this set is with character shadows off and shows the 'angle boundries' where the world goes weird....
Fix plz?
Meh, everything that could be said has already been said. Goods, bads. Pros, cons. Suggestions and middlegrounds galore. This topic is old. At this point I'm just going to jack-in and let the people who really care about the game (i.e Rare...

Get us some kind of support, period. I'm fed up of every SOE press release and service convieniently missing MxO out. Station Voice. Station Cash. Card Games. Station Players. Server Merge. Decent Website. More than one dev ¬_¬
I sense a disturbing lack of MxO ¬_¬
Just realised the problem with the firewall fx wasn't mentioned in the above post, is that still getting looked into or is it fixed as a bi-product of one of the other fixes?
I'm all for the Vista fixes, afterall, it'll probably fix Windows 7's issues too since they work on the same codebase. And Windows 7 rules so far so huzzah =P
Yeah, suppose it's better to have some sort of formalised testing documentation instead of just "our game's broke somehow, fix it" xD
Good to see some headway with this and certainly look forward to not having as many texture issues. Thanks Rare! That said, those engineering issues are probably the most annoying ones in generalised play (especially the lack of AA in full...
I for one liked having to jump around looking for more groups to take down. It didn't feel so much like "farming" in the traditional sense as it was taking the time to get a decent fight in across the neighbourhood.
Oh so THATS who that was. lame.
Always been up there with the talented creative types, gonna miss ya dude. Take it easy and hope to see you back one day.

I have to admit, the content is definately soloable (with admitablly extended effort and a few recons) and "groupable" with 2 or 3. Rare's already said the "end" of these new contant pieces are designs as extras for those able to do big te...
The movement into Westview is one of the most jarring levelling experiences I've seen to date, I've never quite understood why the mission system didn't gradually start shifting you into locations based off the relation of their "neighbour...

Omega Syndicates pretty much a 4/5 person thing at this stage. Recruitments still open and whatnot, we just get no applicants. Vicious circle and all that I spose.
So we've learnt the android the Merv found is actually Carlyne's body in the real. Which to me suggests his original body, like Halborn's, is dead or held in suspended animation or deepfreezed or whatever. Which backs up the 'original crea...

Again, like all of them I think, I've begun to appreciate this Cine the more I watch it. Odd how they always do that.

Notice how Wright wasn't wireframey either. Think it's probably just a little too hard to draw.
Felt this one's pacing was a little slow. At least for the action scene. A happy medium between 11.3's hyperactive storytelling and 12.1's slow trudging horse would be ideal imo. As for story content, pretty cool, nothing too super progres...
Full suite of accessory items that use the tool slot, plz.
I hate how short patch notes have become. I miss big lists of bug fixes to mull over. Though I suppose all we really have left are Vista problems and big combat fixes deemed "too much effort" within our current budget to even bother touchi...

Nice to see some unique "accessory" items, fingers crossed on a gun holster at some point. Still, annoying to see how... hacky... it all is though, not being able to get certain items to work with different RSIs and such. Still hate the fa...
As much as I understand where you're coming from, that content is pretty old now and was thouroughly chewed over at the time. I don't see much discussion, let alone any changes, coming from this thread anytime soon.

Server. Org. Timeframe. Thats all thats needed, system messages and org locks can do the rest.

Looks a little too boney... maybe even robotic ?
If we're running the same patch schedule as always, its set for the 18th.
Actually, following our previous patch schedule we'd get Update 65 on the 18th. Next week. That said, with the lack of a strictly time released storyline and content being created seemingly quite quickly, I don't see why the 6 week schedul...
It was always kinda left open. I mean, sure he got shot but he made it back to his Construct before dying. And as we all know, down there, he's god.
Oh, return of the Trainman? Sounds good to me.
Pretty sure she was quoted as wanting a "human controlled Matrix". That means a little more than "I want to be tyranical ruler of all the Matrix! Mwhahaha!". She even told Zion that she didn't understand why they were trying to stop her. O...
Does anyone have the transcript of Wright explaining exactly how she survived? I'm sure she did at some point but it alludes me. Something about training her mind to leave a residual version of itself between jacking in and out so it could...
Grab aggro by shooting em, then slowly back up enough for them to follow you out. As long as your out of range of the boss' area debuff, you should be fine to interlock em'. Edit: Those 53s aren't random, corrupted spawn on every player wi...
In general I'd like to know a little more about this Android. Sure, we get it can house a human counciousness but does that mean every Oligarch has one? Was it only Halborn because of "dead-ness"? Was Danielle Wright using one? Is this the...
