If you're determined to do this alone then you might want to find out which Archive Mission it is that lends you several party members in the first phase. You can take them down to Bathary and they'll help you kill the 53s.

A strong player can kill a weak player even if the weak player is several levels higher. There's a big gap between 49 and 50 though due to equipment.

I'd say Eval is about right. Personally i'd still pay up to 500mil but I wouldn't ever expect anyone to pay more than 550mil for one.

Datamine provides the paradigm... there'd have to be a reason for players to spend time in the construct and a reason for other players to attack them - like how in order to get the big bucks you have to fight someone for the datamine tap.

I really like pvping as a lowbie. I'd like to see more pvp competitions for levels like 25, 30, 40, 45 but it's hard to get enough people together.

Purely for the record; there are players who have characters affected/excluded the same way who aren't complaining about it.

Speed is the default tactic not just for NPCs but for PCs too. NPCs are somewhat less likely to change tactics than PCs but they still do.
