MxO Character RSI Artwork On-Demand!

This is Darkhawk's very own MxO Artwork gallery.  I made my own gallery thread for posting my artwork of my MxO character commissions.

I'll start off  posting commission ordering information.  And Model Sheet of my DH persona, and the 3 commissions I have completed so far to kick things off with.

Consider this an OPEN COMMENT THREAD. As it should be.  Feel free to say something if you want.  I love to hear from you about an artwork piece or whatever.   And also consider this as a bonus OPEN GALLERY additional MxO artwork thread for you to post your own artwork in!   Yep - feel free to post your own MxO related artwork up with mine is you wish.  It's all about sharing with the community.  Just remember the posting basic rules - the Mod Agents are ALWAYS watching us.

I'll draw your characters in my unique style for in-game currency.  Yes that's right IN-GAME INFO! 

*5,000,000 for 1 character
*10,000,000 for 2 characters
Any more characters going beyond that will be an additional 5,000,000.

FOR REQUESTS PLEASE PM ME - DO NOT REQUEST THEM IN THIS THREAD

I need from you:
*screenshots of your intended to be drawn character in his/her best costume.  THE defining costume that you like your character to be in.  A short description of your character's personailty.  You can screencap your Details background text if you want.  And your character's main ability fighting skillset - MA, Guns, Knives, Code, whatever, so I know what dynamic pose to put them in.

I prefer to keep transactions private. Send the Via email ingame.  or if one does prefer a direct interaction - I can arrage a meeting ingame.  But you will have to PM me for that as I work most of the week (I work on PST time).

Send info to 1 of 3 of my alt characters.  I have 1 character on each server:
*Syntax = Darkhawk01
*Vector = ScuroHawk
*Recursion = Aterhawk  
 
I do not accept trade for items.  Items mean nothing to me - like the Spoonboy in the movie said "There is no Spoon".  I take that fairly literaly in The Matrix I only accept Info - as this is much more usefull to me in the game.

Or something .... oi - my mind is overloading on everyone's stuff - i've been prossesing it all day.  Weekends are my time to gather my thoughts while playing my games, or piecing together an animation. heh heh heh heh - I love the way things move.

So don't worry.  I've got a better process down and am trying to step it up a bit.  The schedule is going into April ... >.o 
That is an approximation of time ... to have all of this first batch from this post here on up done.  I'll keep this thing updated with sketches n stuff from time to time so you can see what's happening.

All of them will be done ... don't worry.  
If anyone gets missed or has gone for a period or something then just let me know.  I can totaly work it out.

I can hide my hotbar (and other things) - because I have the the uber PS tricks.  I know what the Clone Stamp tool and the Healing Brush Tool is for.

I have a Gold Dress!  A Gold Siff Snakeskin Dress. I got it at the Value Village - it cost me $2.99, not 200,000,000 ... And the boots - I got them for some pre-chewed gum and dusty old nutshells.  It's not to bad for fighting either.

I like playing with Red-Eye Agents too. They aren't as smart as real agents. But they have cute qualities to themselves.  I kind of miss them.

I made a friend!    <---- Still is my ablsolute favorite npc line evah!!

Now I switch to Real (Accelerated) Agents.  WhooHoo!

Hi there ... now ... after all that uh ... playtime?

Now I'm trying out the System Suit - otherwise my Tetra uniform or "Agent Pace Outfit". It gives a nice Agent vs Agent effect. I wonder what I'll look like in the white suit?  That will be interesting!

This outfit is purely for fun and parties!  It is my Gold Veil costume!  If Veil is Silver - then logic dictates that her opposite must be gold.  So - why not make up a Veil costume of gold? It's not too hard to make a Veil costume equivilaent.  Some parts of her are custom, but overall most of the outfit can be easily found.  There are 2 versions of Veil, one version has a different shirt - a Barrella Shirt (I think it's called), that is the older version.  I have a gold version of THAT shirt.  But the newer Veil, there is no full length Razorgirl type shirt like she wears.  So - you have to compromise on that.  Oddly enough I cannot find a true color GOLD Razorgirl half-shirt either.  I could only get a brown color which was the closest I could find.  The Gold Heart NPC Gangs wear the shirts I want - but don't drop them.  AAARGH! 

As for the pants - those a super easy - Gold Baal Vinyl pants, Avera Opera trench, SSR shoes, can't get those round glasses though.  Veil actually wears a modified version of the men's round glasses (forgot the name of them). And gloves - I went for Joren Pith style because they are more tan-ish.

And no - I do not dislike Veil at all. She's a bit ditzy, but we would probably get along just fine.  I'm treacherous enough to actually apeal to her probably.

With all this buzz about gold - here we go. This outfit will at least be fun at Effectuator parties.

I haven't had a chance to do a spellcaster...er ... Hacker style fighter before.  Normally I'm always doing MA fighters, maybe some gunmen.  I think Illyria was the only knifethrower I've drawn.  So this was an interesting change.  Of course ppl change their sets so frequently and Hacker is wonky - definitely not a favorite fighting style for most.  But "spellcasters" as they are known in MMOs are essential to the group - be they healers or massive MoB destroyers.  So they are not to be overlooked - nor underestimated ...

And here is the awaited MAVE!! And his boxers!! While the probability factor of getting boxer shorts ingame is next to nill = 0 (just like us femmes getting some tasteful bloomers under our skirts) - at least I can fulfill his 1 wish by drawing him in them.  Just because at Fan Faire he was running around in his homemade shorts costume.  And the concept is sooooo funny it is just something I had to draw.

So here he is:  Berries and cream indeed. (who is that character in his sig anyway - it's so familiar - but but I can't place it)

Ma-gni-fique !

Here's my project idea - aside from the RSI drawings.  I had this long time idea of making an animated piece, from back during the original Cinematic times - a short video spot to a favorite song of mine - AnimositisominA, from Ministry.

Nothing too serious, just a side project. Here's some storyboards I made for myself.  It's not going to be the whole song, just the last 1/2 of it - last 1:35 minuets.  And maybe It'll be in the classic Black & White fassion of the original Cinematics in MxO - with splashes of color here and there.

Here's a taste:

I like to make all my animation stuff like it came from a real studio.  Helps me keep my sharpness up.  And drawing my original artwork on paper seems to prevent at least the loss of my originals when I have a computer meltdown, heh.

They are aso Scary!! Sentinel machines are the things of humanities nightmares!  Just like the Wachoskis invisioned.

That's how an animation studio makes a storyboard. It's where I got the template.

Sorry I've been away for a bit.  I've been pretty busy training at my new job and stuff.

I also had a bit of an upset - I was in a car wreck.  It was super rainy and stormy - real slick roads and about 1:00AM.  I was going on a curvy On-Ramp to the freeway and hydroplaned on the wet road.  My car fishtailed, I lost control of it and I slammed into the concrete guard barrier on my driver's side.  And spun around a total 360° on the ramp and was sitting there dazed and sideways. That definatly was an "OH S***!" moments. I got banged around a little - so I'm slightly sore but overall not hurt. Luckily a co-worker behind me pulled over and helped me get off the road, and home eventually.

My car however is totaled - insurance guy claimed it as such.  The rear back fender, light, bumper is all smashed in.  Rear left axel, wheel, and strut is snapped.  The hood and trunk can't close and I can't open the passenger side door - so the frame of the car got all bent up. Sooooo - i have to get a new car basically.

All while starting me first week at work!  Fun fun.

So - I'm going to be dealing with insurance and all that for a little bit.  BUT - I will have new RSI drawings - hopefully sometime by the weekend.

So that is what has been happening with me, and why I have been absent lately.  Busy, crashed my car, new job training, busy.
