Create Collectors for the RSI Captures

I was thinking instead of making new clothing... create new collectors that'll trade RSI Captures for rare ones, like mission RSI NPC Captures.

For example: Enforcers, EPN, Tactical Security, Wright's/Ouroboros Security, Elite, SSR, different types of Bluepills and many more..

basic:

Five different RSI Captures for One RSI Mission NPC Capture.

Extremely rare, should be like:

Three or more different ones twenty maxed for one rare RSI Mission NPC Capture or Archive NPC Capture but not the leader/boss. That would be remain halloween only.

Anyways, Have different collectors in different areas of the Matrix or one in each district.. Richland, Westview, Downtown and International.
