Nice! .. oh, and Machinists for the win! hehehe
Hey, even though I loved the red sky, I wouldn't want to see it be a permanent thing either hehe I just feel the happy Sati sky is a complete mismatch for the post-destruction type environment we're seeing. If I had my way (and yes, if it...
I really need to get some pictures posted here. Gah...
Well, even if he seems more willing to talk, the Intruder is still causing nothing but trouble. This better be brought to an end sooner than later before permanent damage is done. (( Very nice mission. Always enjoy the exterior ambushes. F...
Hmm... this is definitely looking to be quite large. If it is an isolated construct, I have one issue... the sky. As much as I love the Sati sky, if this is a partially submerged area with broken bridges, smoke spewing smokestacks and a ga...
I'm still not sure what to make of this... but I'm definitely excited by it
Hmm.. no Shin in the name... *grumble* She is a dedicated Machinist though, so I guess I'll let it slide... hehehe Yet another great read, and another person who seems quite nice. My only complaint about these operative profiles is that we...
Shadow-SK wrote: Awesome! This is gonna be great. Thanks for all the submissions so far. " /> Oh yeah, and you don't have to be posting an action shot, or a combat shot, like some have posted, it just has to be badass! Oh, and if you would...
Ooh... *runs to screenshot archive*
(( Not a bad mission overall. Not quite a straight forward run around and kill everything in sight mission, a set up for what may well be an LE, and the bit at the end with the commandoes and the PC accessing info on Stalingrad. /thumbsup...
Well, I'm more interested in seeing more of the area that the barge is in, like the structures under the bridge. Either way, it's nice to see an expansion to the city, even if it turns out to be a small one.
Gratz Othinn! And I'm fairly certain the lack of a real life picture is simply because he only exists as code... that's the only way to explain how he can seemingly be everywhere anything important is happening, while still at Tabor W danc...
I was going to watch this and then forgot it was on.. gah. Anyway, it does look pretty good just based on the commercials I've seen and it's good to hear that they did a decent job with it.

I suppose I'll chime in here with my thoughts, though most of what I think has been covered already. The Architect did create the Matrix, and I don't think we'll be seeing him "replaced" in future iterations. I'm sure he may receive upgrad...
Of course they're different for guys.. but the glasses really do look better than the jackets, even if you aren't going to wear the glasses often.
Yeah, I've seen them on desks and filing cabinets, but never on the floor or under something else before.
Nice! I finally have a successor! hehe Great read Now, do we have anyone else with Shin in their name to carry this on properly next week?
One possibility is to have every single crew but the inactive one leave the faction. As a faction requires at least 2 crews to exist, the faction will disband automatically if there's only one crew left. Another option if you can't get the...
I can second (third?) that. Your faction name becomes available as soon as it's disbanded. We of The Watchmen had to do that a long long time back to clear out an inactive rank 1 (and hence, have decided to never have multiple rank 1's aga...
Dang.. I hope this is a joke.

I always think to re-read that as well, Gami. It's another one I first tackled as part of school and, even though I really enjoyed it, I would like to give it another more casual reading.
I read C&P back in high school... I remember enjoying it, but only partially simply because it was part of an assignment and not really a choice. Best book I've read lately has been Pattern Recognition by William Gibson. Amazing read, and...
Also, I'm pretty sure that finishers can differ depending on whether or not your opponent is armed, so that might be something to keep in mind. There's a bunch of moves I'd like to see back from CR1, notably the leaping Karate sidekick and...
Awesome to see some Rush love here! That Blender thing was certainly BS, especially considering as stated that Rush has won numerous performance awards in the past (many fan voted) and is still actually making moving, powerful music more t...
Merry Xmas and Happy Holidays to all!!! As for playing MxO on xmas.. I see nothing wrong with that (of couse, I have to say that because I might be doing it if I have a spare moment or two hehehe )

I've gotta agree with Collbard on this one. Sure it's possible to jump from hardline to hardline, but it's still an unnecessary pain in the butt when it's info that really should be in the atlas. I like the threat level indication we curre...
So.. anyone pick up the new Bladerunner Collector's Edition? If so, what are your thoughts?
Welcome back
Thanks for all the positive commentary " width="15" height="15" /> .. oh, and feel free to keep it coming hehe Of course, most of the thanks really should go to Virrago. I just answered the questions I was given and had a great time doing...
NiChO wrote: Hey! This is pretty neat. Shinryu is now prone to have a fan club because of his awesome picture and awesome background. Hmm.. so does this mean you want to be the first member then? hehehe
Weirdness... I can't say I've ever heard of that happening before. Good to hear it was only temporary though.
Very cool effect... more like a painting than a screen shot. Mine is just something quick I threw together for the winter event... though I'll probably come up with something more intensive when I have a little more time to think about it.
(( Probably my favorite mission title ever... let's just hope the mission lives up to it ))
Other than CC, I've used all of those programs and definitely support their recommendation.
Getting all the stuff I want will take a while.. but I want to start now! I can't wait any longer!
An interesting dilemma to say the least... I hope no one is truly surprised that the next iteration of the Matrix has been planned likely for some time now, even if the Machines hoped to never have it reach the point where it was deemed ne...
Thanks much, everyone... even you, Rare hehe Yeah, I was thinking it was along the lines of what Pyraci did.. basically the common method for rain but with less motion.
Void just did an image with a very nice looking snow effect, and I know there were several posted last year as well (as well as tutorials, IIRC). Would someone mind posting a tutorial or re-posting one of the old ones?
It's nice to see Gray and Pace actually admitting that they are keeping something from even loyal Machinist operatives... though it doesn't make it any more a positive situation. Of course, there are always those listening who would misuse...
While progress was little, it was still in evidence. Speaking with this Intruder is perhaps beginning to open doors that pointless hostility has not. Good work to those Machinists who attempted contact. In the end, I believe your efforts w...
That's a negative. The bonus mission is not included. Oh, and it's not a rumour. It does actually exist but was only accesible to those who had more than 100 Machine rep.
And of course we'll get blamed even though he was given more than ample warning *sighs* Excellent work.
(( Hehehe gotta love the "cannot fight while dead" pic ))
For a task that first seemed very straight forward, it certainly ended up raising more questions than it answered.. While I've come to expect a lack of explanation from those in command, I am certainly hoping we get one this time.
Sounds simple enough... *chuckles*
(( the only upside I can see to missing this event.. again, is that I didn't have to think of what costume I wanted right on the spot like that. ))
I was thinking the same thing, Proc, though all I've got for my pumpkin farming so far is the same old costumes as last year and the one before.. though I really just want the Apothecary at this point anyway.
I've heard Trainman as well, though not a concrete confirmation on how to get it.
See topic Just curious if anyone has compiled a list yet, particularly for this years costumes and where they can be collected (from the Jack O Lantern spawns or Zombie pawns or both).
I didn't think I'd ever hear myself say this, but Cryptos was actually making some sense... and his words aren't too far off what my own may have been had I had a conversation with the simulacrum.
Proc's got a point... enough warnings and time were given, and it's not like the list we can draw from is all encompassing should they want to .. push the issue.
Yeah... I think that's more realistic than seeing a "new" clothing slot come into play. Though, as someone who almost never wears headgear at all unless I have to for the buffs, I would like to see some way to get the headgear buffs withou...
I've always thought that was more due to the "cloth" of the "trench" than the texture not displaying right.
Yeah, that annoys me as well. The gi textures could definitely use a once over.
I've had both good and bad luck with them, myself. Sometimes they've dropped quickly other times it's taken forever to get 20. I don't think it's that the drop rate is higher or lower, it's just whether or not you're lucky.
