I just bought this game today (PC version) and love, love, LOVE it. It's definetly scary, the atmosphere is very tense. The controls take a little getting used to but are rather intuitive and useful (Especially the Curb Stomping). The only...
It all depends on the org you want to join. If you're looking for a dedicated and helpful Machinist faction, I'd recommend The Watchmen. As for Cyph's, Kellner or ChloeAnn would be the people you want to contact. E Pluribus Neo is a solid...
If I remember right, apparently your roll will range from 1 to your accuracy on either end of the bell curve. With 1 and your accuracy on the extreme ends and the number in the middle being the most likely to be rolled. I have no idea how...

Going by your maths Swimming. Where you say there are no clothes with just plain 35% health regen. I'm assuming you went 45% -10% = 35% Therefore you consider the two equal. Seraphim shoes grant 20% Health regen and 15% IS regen, for an ov...
I bought TF 2 a few days ago and love it. Definitely love scout, spend half my time kiting 3-4 people around trying to kill me while the rest of my team actually goes about winning the map againist a significantly outnumbered opposition. E...

Inner Strength Cost Modifier Bonus is the % bonus that applies to IS Cost Reduction. Making the ability Efficiency more effective and beneficial and the debuff Inefficiency Field 1.0 & 2.0 more crippling.
It's a real shame to see you go. Like Phluff said, try contacting Virrago or Moonlite for more help, cause getting anything from SOE support is akin to squeezing blood from a stone.
If I remember correctly if you're the same level as the boss you have a 1/25 chance of getting the top drop. 1 level below the boss and you have a 2/25 chance of getting the top drop, 2 levels below the boss and you have a 3/25 chance of g...
All I know are Radeons are flippin easy to overclock, make sure you have a little cooling on your system (Not even liquid cooling, just a few fans and a well designed case) and you can squeeze so much more out of your card.
Back in CR 1, if you were using a hand to hand style against someone using guns in interlock you could quite literally disarm them for 20-30 seconds if you beat them with a normal attack roll, all the disarm animation were removed with CR...
1) Press the ; (Semicolon) key to bring up your atlas, it's easier to navigate by that sometimes. 2) The collectors generally accept items dropped by gangs in the same area as them, otherwise they will specify where to get the items. 3) Ge...
I feel exactly the same way, that change was a step in the wrong direction. And all cause a few people think PvP is a professional sport and shouldn't be done for fun, but for the honour and glory of the victory, and anyone who dares to st...
DPS = Damage Per Second HPS = Healing Per Second Therefore the overall damage/healing is a factor of the DPS/HPS AND the cast time. How can people still not know this? We've only been using this system for 2 years.

Dazed, Staggered and Off Balance are required for "State Specials" as people call them but also have minor debuffs of their own. I think their debuff scales according to level aswell. At lvl 50 Dazed reduces all damages by 5 points, Stagge...
Who said I blew threw it quickly? It still takes a fair amount of time to farm the gum, I think it was quite well paced at the rate it was at to be honest, not too fast not too slow.

I've seen that exact same problem actually. If all else fails just get to a higher level so the mission is set in a different area of Westview without those houses. Or get a 50 on the team.

Mouse over most items and it should give you details on their buffs. Wiggle the mouse a bit if it's being stubborn. When you open up your code compiler you can't get item details from a mouse over of them, it's a known bug.

I can vouch that Starschwar and The Watchmen would be a good group to get involved with for RP. Mature players and a helpful, respectful Machinist faction.

Forum numbers seem about half and half, but even Rarebit admits that isn't a good judge of real numbers. In game, like I said, only met ONE person who likes the new Gi.
Perhaps that is the main problem people have. A joking suggestion was implemented despite most players not liking it. Why fix something that ain't broke?
I've already posted (But not my idea, but it's the best one I have seen) a solution to this that seems to be fair for all parties involved. Instead of dismissing people quite rudely how about you explain why that idea shouldn't be implemen...
No offense, but if you want to pull that excuse out I'm going to complain that men are overlooked cause we only have 7 clothing slots and can't wear boxers despite there being constant requests for them.
Iviera wrote: Pylat's got the best suggestion I've seen in years. YES, the pants should be something to go in the leggings slot, not physically attached to the Gi. Well it wasn't actually my idea, so I take no credit for coming up with it...
