There is a bug where hidden forums randomly pop up, you can not actually read them though since when the pop up and you click on it you get a message that says you do not have proper access rights.

I think it has happened to me around 4 time since The Assassin. three of those times being during the Halloween event when I was spamming it as soon as it was done cooling down.
