Everyone,
I would like to congratulate those operatives who together helped eliminate the Unlimit murderer, Crop. It is not for the act of taking a life that we celebrate, but for the safety of the lives of millions of innocents that has been secured by the removal of this man who was leading Anome's efforts to poison the city's water supply.
Michael himself was at the forefront of much of the battle, and, like the rest of you who fought Crop, felt his considerable power first-hand. I know that some of you are concerned when our leader puts himself at risk like that, as am I, but Michael felt so strongly about the evil Crop was doing that he simply could not sit on the sidelines. I am very happy that all of you have come back to us safely after this dangerous battle.
There were very many who aided in the struggle this day, and many whose valor in assisting those on the front lines goes unrecognized. I wish that we had records to show us everyone's contribution, but we must make do with the data at hand. So, I am pleased to be able to confirm the following operatives for special commendation:
