you can contact someone by doing /ccr ( if your in-game) then click on the support tab then click on live support or if your in the fourms you can click the link there for support. hopefully they can help you. good luck

well if you are still having problems I suggest you contact live support and see if a TSR can help you. They might be able to nail down the problem.
