I got a message from some one on xfire named The Horn-Rimmed Man on xfire. He sent me the link to the above poster and didn't respond when I asked what it was about.

Description: I am compiling a list of the greatest warriors in the history of the simulation. Rebels- ahem, redpills of neurokinetic level 15 and up may participate.
-I will be using the two existing methods of tracking combat statistics: kills (final hits) and combat quotient (CQ) points. When you earn a kill by scoring the final hit, you earn 1 credit. When you contribute to a kill resulting in a CQ point, you earn 2 credits. When you score both a final hit and a CQ point, you earn 3 credits. The operative with the most CREDITS will be recognized as the champion of this experiment and will be awarded fittingly.
-Proof of credits must be submitted via code capture including a timestamp in your system log. Code captures (screenshots) may not be edited or cropped. Please link your capture, DO NOT post them. Please specify your time zone. Only kills and CQs earned within the designated times within the historic archive constructs will be considered.
-There will be 1 champion per server. Champions earning the most CREDITS will be awarded a small, personally crafted item by me. Award item will be personalized to the champion of each server. Awards will vary upon each champion. Information ($i) will not be awarded. In addition to the item, the title of Historic Combat Champion will also be declared to each server champion.
