If you mission with higher level people you'll get more xp per mission. Tagging access nodes is also a good income of xp. But what it really comes to is grinding through missions.

It might look a tad bit nicer if there was an option to turn of the Ignore Pain and Adrinaline booster that the enemy npcs use regularly during combat. Just a thought.
