Do you have a firewall as well? If you do, make sure that the fiewall is granting launcher.exe and matrix.exe access to the internet. If it is then I'd probably recommend posting the msinfo and dxdiag info requested in the thread as well....

What I'd suggest doing first is going into the game directory (in your case C:\Jogos\The Matrix Online) and you should find two folders which begin with an _ Delete these two folders and try patching again to see if it makes any difference...
