For some reason my buffer bar loses all the abilitys it had set on them when like i got off the matrix and then i got on the next day then boom all the abilitys were gone can some please give me some info?

Have you checked on multiple characters? You may want to try deleting the ui folder for the character(s) you are having this problem with, then run a Full Scan from the Launcher. You may want to back up the UI folder before deleting. The default location will be either (C:\Program Files\Monolith Productions\The Matrix Online\Profiles\Your Station Name\Your Character Name_****\ui) or (C:\Program Files\Sony\The Matrix Online\Profiles\Your Station Name\Your Character Name_****\ui).

I'm not sure what your saying is happening, you'll have to be more clear.

I am not 100% positive, but I believe his hotkeys are reverting back to default everytime he leaves the game. Sounds to me like a possible UI corruption. Correct me if I am wrong, Triface.
Definitions:
Buffs:: These are effects that are dynamicaly applied to an RSI during game play. Some time-out and wear off after a period, some stay active. ALL buffs disable after logging out of the game or returning to the Loading Area.
HotBar:: This is the two rows of customisable buttons at the top of your screen when you are jacked in to the Matrix. These are persistant across log-ins and are stored in a settings file on the client computer (in the "profiles" folder in the game's install directory).
It looks like this is a HotBar problem not a Buffs problem.
If it is a Buffs problem, then they are working correctly.
If it is a HotBar problem then the game is not saving your profile correctly (if at all)
- Check that the disk the game is installed to has enough spare room (2GB extra space after the game is installed... it seems a lot but takes into account other things the operating system does)
- Check that if you are running Windows 2000 or XP, you have full acces to the instqall directory and that it isn't write-protected.
- Windows 2000/XP check that your user account has Administrator privilages
- if all of the above are fine then the game may be crashing or not exiting properly when you quit:
When quitting MxO jack-out via a hardline or with the /jackout command... don't quit with Alt-F4.
If the profile files are corrupted, incomplete or unsaved when you jack-in a new set of files will be created. They will have all the default settings as though you are playing for the first time.
If the above information doesn't help you then please read the "Must read before posting: How to post your System/Network information" thread at the top of the Tech help forum and post the information requested in there.
Did you try what I suggested? Are you still experiencing the problem?
