can't update to latest patch

i'm just stuck with downloading sounds_f.pkb and dialog_1a.pkb

what can i do?

What I'd suggest doing first is going into the game directory (in your case C:\Jogos\The Matrix Online) and you should find two folders which begin with an _

Delete these two folders and try patching again to see if it makes any difference.

I already tried that twice and it didn't help i can only try again tomorrow

Did that work for you r3pek?  If not, it may be connection related.  If you could reply with the network info requested here, we could look into this a little further.

ok. the problem is fixed. It was the network driver problem. Had to update it. Now everything is ok. Thanks everyone
