The main point of this post is about the disappearance of power shot. Theres a post of this already located in the general discussion thread i thought it was more appropriate here.
Power shot is a very useful move. Me being a scattershot usually requires me to stay out of interlock and to use my free attack abilitys such as bullet spray and rely on my IS to win a fight. My abilties obviously use alot of IS and that im always going to get pulled into combat. Having powershot allowed me to have a few moves to use whenever i was pulled into interlock, usually id finish the person or npc off with powershot and cheapshot before withdrawing.
without powershot, im practically useless in interlock seeing as how much damage smgs do to npcs even though smgs have a high rate of fire.
Please reimplement powershot back into the game or at least make some kind of IS booster, i dont think that exists.
