I don't think it's a bad idea to have the support forums further up the forum listing, but maybe rather then have just the one in it's own category, maybe other forums like Red Pill Rescue could be moved into it as well. Jeffers

You might have to enter credit card details to validate your address. Best way to check whether it has been activated yet or not is to try and login to the game, that will give you a definitative answer. Jeffers

I think this is probably an issue the CSR's can deal with, not the TSR's. Maybe update your petition and ask for it to be escalated to a supervisor see if that gets a quicker response? Jeffers
