Normally, I will lock and edit-out all confidential communications, but there's a quote that I feel is necessary to post from the In-Game support representative in your most recent /ccr about the issue:
"Thank you for contacting us again. I am sorry to hear about the issue your friends are facing with their faction and crew. Your concern for your friends is indeed commendable and I am sure they will appreciate your loyalty. Unfortunately, to review this incident we do need to talk to the account owner of this issue directly, as there are things we need to ask them specifically to get an insight to the issue. Please ask your friends to file a petition in this regard so that we can verify the incident. I hope you will understand."
As you can see, they're not dropping the issue in the "circular file". They do want to help, they just need to talk to the people who are directly affected with the issue.
