Unable to reach destination

Im currently have an issue trying to log my character in. I got to Jack into the Matix but i get bounced back to my character screen with a message saying that: 'The Destination you wish to reach is not currently available.'

The only thing is that I have 2 Syntax Servers on my server list, one with my character listed and the other with no character. The one with no character in I can go in and create a new character and connect fine.

Hmmm, are you still experiencing this?

Where are you being bounced back to? Out of the game back to the launcher or just back to the loading area? If it's back to the loading area, have you tried a different hardline?

yea i never thought of the hardline. thank for the help, everything is working again.
