I think he has 2 locations that he randomly switches between. I don't remember exactly but if im not mistaken its the one inbetween the buildings (i know so specific but its kind of a square) and then in the construction bit corner.

I think he could, I mean its not a huge adjustment just a little further tweaking slowmo is good on most moves on my opinion but it does zoom in a bit to much on some. Its something small and hopefully not massively time consuming.
