Timer on HJ and IS cost of 10 IS per second during the jump ftw. Or add HJ speed bonus tp the classes that can't root or don't have many roots so they can catch up in the air.

Can you add lightning over the whole body?? Like when u die and u have tht lightning or make an FX out of tht XD

I thought there is a zion bluepill extract mission that always brings that area as final area...

Was just thinking it would be nice to balance pvp towards the solo ppl with some kind passive buff tht increases depending on enemies in certain radius around. I don't only mean for MAs or only while in IL but something with awakened maybe.

I was thinking, in CR1 we had avg rolls so you rolled a nr +-20 or so around that roll. For instance if your avg acc roll was 280 you couldn't roll 200, or it was very very very unlikely. Here instead we got a maximum roll you can get and...

It really depends on WHAT or who you do it. The numbers above probably are against a lvl 50 with 130 melee resistance or less.
