Some of the short female jackets- the Kell shiny jackets, Croc jackets, stape leather jackets and Sesser jackets (maybe others i can't remember 
) have always come in either a high-collar, or flared-collar version! I love these jackets of course but I have noticed I don't always wear them because I'm not a huge fan of the high-collars, and the flared collars are okay but they are like flipped up in the back which is not really my taste But, I always thought that was the only styles they came in!
But then, I was doing a mission one time and one of the people in it had a Kell shiny jacket with a normal collar, and I loved it! It figures the jacket I like the best is the one we don't have and can't wear! 
I wonder if the Croc, stape leather jackets and Sesser jackets have normal collars like this too but only for computer characters? :O
