resistances cap at 240 unless you have the PB gi which will let you get 265 in MDR.

yeah, that's definetly supposed to be Thrown Resistance +15 pts instead of the bonus %. a simple typo. /hotfix

You're probably using speed or something, which makes it virtually impossible to break a shield. Altho its pretty lame and annoying, anytime u really want to break a shield you have to switch tactics to grab. Should take 2-3 hits.

How to stand for few mins against a zerg in the current combat system. -You have to plan on the zerg having all trees, so you have to have high CT for IL, LOTS of DR, and definetly Max VD, and of course since hacks have a 50% chance of lan...
I tested hacker in PvE last week, all was good except for one bug with dev field that caused the NPC's to be stunned permanently until I dev fieled them again....it was ...strange. I /bug'd it.

Yeah, sneak attacks are definetly bugged. I think that's in the known issues.

In the live version of the game, its obvious to see that abilities roll higher than your average CT score (sidekick combo) In QA, is this the same? What are the added accuracy bonuses per move? Are they just the same as the tactic you are...
From what I tested last night in MA the only problem I found was with Punch Reversal Catch Slam against NPCs...KungFu style power stance...sometimes the 4 second powerless would wear off by the next round...never tested this in PvP so I do...
