Just curious... I was checking out all my rare clothing on the QA, and I noticed that the Partisan Jacket became royally useless... (the Partisan Jacket was a Zion only item from the Hunt for Morpheus event from the Zion collector)
I wish I were at home to give you the exact buffs it has now, but it has about 6 things that it buffs 1 point each.
Was this intentional, or was it a piece of clothing that got missed?
Sorry but those changes are a slap n the face for anyone that worked hard for that jacket and other stuff. Maybe you should add this into the unique Items Thread
These ones I might actually go through and buff back up a little bit. The problem is that they have no min level required, which under the new system limits what you can do with them... but then rarebit just came up with something that actually might take that into account... so, yeah, I'll probably do a little something more with these before we ship, or very soon after.
Well on Linenoise (I think that event was before the merge anyhow!) the spawns for getting the Spray only lasted 2 hours. Never did get even a single document for that one as I was asleep when the spawns started and then got turned off! As for the clothing, it wasn't restricted to orgs - anyone could trade to any collector and just get what they wanted. I got the Merv silk beret, Zion's Partisan Jacket and the Machines' Gigahertz Shoes. I wanted the Overclocked suit jacket but never could get it =(
Yeah, Chuui, but at Method The Merovingian affiliated players didn't got any spawn the last two days of the event. The Jacket was one of the items whose documents were organization specific and I was respectful of other organization spawns at the time, as I wanted to get the whole Merovingian set
I never had trouble with org specific drops, I got all my drops from my own spawns. But I do understand your problem - seems the spawn system was really fragged at that time and in different ways on all the servers =/
yeah back in the day I also missed all the spawns and never got any of those items.....I did look at them and I wasnt gonna use them anyways....but me not getting the Fly Virus Immunity pissed me off
You get EMCP codes from a Merovingian critical (third one, I believe), and can trade them in for the devices. When used, it kills all commandos in a 10m radius, and takes all of those not in the blast radius down to 10% health.
