Thanks to all of you and to the SoE customer service reps for getting this all wrapped up. Kind of a bummer to have all these problems drop at once. Handled quite well for a game that won't be around soon. Much appreciated.

I am in the same boat as those who appear as if they have never had an MXO account before. All my characters are gone and it's all reset. I miss my character. Virrago! Soon I hope!

I remember fondly all the stories of people I know who had worked with him in Toronto. He was a big drunk, really funny and a great guy. Sad.
