[FIXED] Launcher says "NO, BRO!"

I try to log in:

Failure. Your Station account doesn't include a subscription for The Matrix Online.

So I go to my subscription status and, well, I -am- subscribed to the Matrix Online. One month subscription, started June 1st. My credit card info is correct, it says my subscription is Active, I was able to play just a few hours ago, and I can post on these forums. But I don't have a subscription to the Matrix Online. wat

I try and change my subscription information, and I get:

We're sorry, a system error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you continue to encounter this error, please view our knowledgebase for possible solutions to your error.


halp.

Now when I try to view my subscription info I get:

We have encountered a system error while processing your request.

Please try again later.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you continue to encounter this error, please contact Customer Service at http://support.station.sony.com

In the meantime I guess I'll contact them, but am I the only one getting this problem?

I just tried it on my Station Launcher, and it says "Game Authorization Failed".

I was able to play a few hours ago.....

Oh, yeah, and uh, can't use live chat for tech support and can't get to the "email support" page:

help.station.sony.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is only valid for *.custhelp.com

(Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)

Apparently it's not just the Station Launcher screwing up, I tried to log in without the Station Launcher, and I got this,

I swear by all that is Holy....if SOE did this on purpose.....

Actually, by Launcher, I meant "Launcher.exe", and not Gaytion Launcher.

Well I can't access my subscription information on the website either.  So maybe it's just an error that'll get fixed soon.

I have this problem logging into my account that's subscribed with the station pass, but my account that is solely subscribed to mxo is fine and I'm able to get in game. Unfortunately, my station pass account has my LESIG character. I was able to log in with that account about 3 and a half hours ago.

I've tried both Station Launcher and the regular launcher.

Getting the same issue here.  Wonder if it has something to do with them converting MxO accounts to station accounts?

I'm having this problem as well, and on the Station launcher when I click "Activate or Try this game" for MxO I get an error message, :/

AHHHHHHHHHH DAMNNN IT! What a pain this is. I can't access any of my account information either. I wasn't on station pass though. I can't access friends in station launcher because it says I'm not subscribed to ANY games and nothing happens when I click on the matrix online, and I can't run the game from launcher.exe on it's own either.

Apperently my account doesn't exist! I get error messages when I check my account online as well under subscription info.

Garbage.

Im having same issue. I tried logging in, there was no patch notes, but was able to select toon, then it stalled at authentication.  NOw it says account no good.

But as Dopeman said, maybe they are converting all of us to free stationpass. I know alot of us didnt recieve that bonus and still had the reactivate from old subs instead of trials.

So, like, as they left the office tonight, did they trip over the power cord of the server that held all the account information?

I know a few people who are logged in now and am talking to them on Station Launcher.

The conversion is most likely the reason.

Weird. It works fine on my other account I play on. Meh, oh well.

I just logged off, saw this thread, and now I can't log in.  Using the MxO Launcher, I've never had Station, and it's telling me my account doesn't have a subscription to MxO.

I'm having the same issues as you guys...not sure what happened there...and SOE wants us to keep us for a different game? They are really messing up their chances with that...as if the ditch wasn't deep enough already

I can log in, but not with any other of my accounts.

and..if your logged in(to vector at least) some ppl have no BL's and emails are gone/not working..then if you log out..you get that No account error.

I believe they are working on getting all of us paid subs over to station access pass and its futzing with us..:*(

I'm having the same problems with my launcher and I am not the least bit surprised.
It seems that everything on SOE's end is done on the fly, which shows a lack of management ability, technical insight and all around plain common sense.

Just keep pissing off "your" community one more last time.
