Yea on July 30th

I'm sure they said there'd be no more customer support for MxO beginning June the 1st. So... we may be screwed.

Of course, if that's the case I'm not going to believe for one second that this foul-up was a genuine accident.

Ok, I went to their support website, and I sent them an e-mail explaining the problem and sent them my screenshot. 

Hopefully you are wrong and they will fix this.

They are really really trying to keep us all as paying SOE customers

Oh and you are right, it was mentioned in the e-mail they sent out to everyone.

Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) will suspend commercial services of THE MATRIX ONLINE (MxO). However, SOE will continue to operate the game service and players will still be able to play MxO through July 31, 2009. As of June 1, 2009, SOE will no longer offer customer support or provide updates for MxO.

I would PHONE THEM. Their online support doesn't work anymore, obviously, but the phone support does. PHONE THEM.



Also, yesterday I've experienced a 2 minute problem - the forums were down and so was the game.
So probably just some technical issues they're having.

Online support , like zeroone said, doesn't work. And I've sent them 2 e-mails so far. They ignore us.

EDIT= Maybe this is how they'll close the servers.

"Walrus: We promised one last event.

In fairness, it's just coming up to 4am their time, so we can't really come to any conclusions yet. They're not going to get the graveyard shift to fix this.

I tryed to login to mxo today, but it keeps telling me that i don't have an active mxo subb running, when i look at my account it deffinitly sez i have. What's wrong?

Ah yes, I have just been informed that SOE has decided to end Matrix online earlier then there original date was set to.

And why might that be?

its almost 9am my time and i was just on Vector...all lvl 50's are now lvl 40's   with no abs loaded not even awakened(which we cannot load)...

I just try to log in with my Main, but It doesnt work. The game crashes. I can only log in with my

lowbie Merv and he is now level 13, was level 16 before and so I cant even kil level 5 npcs, because I cant

load Awakened and all abilitys O.o

I keep the same error as well...hopefully all of this will be dealt with soon...good old SOE is ticking us off til the very end! Our last event is going to be up against a team of lvl 255 CSR's to get us out of some situation and still fail miserably...

I get to the Authenticate| and nothing happens, but my computer reacts like it's trying to get past this point but nothing.

If I close MxO then try to reopen it, I get a message saying "Only one instance of the Matrix can be opened" When I hit Alt Ctrl Delete, then check under Processes I find that my MxO Exe. is still running.

Just what the hell is going on here?

It seems to vary for a lot of people. Some people get what you are describing, some get that picture, and some are getting into the server with no abilities loaded and their 50's are level 40's...I am glad to have the picture than logging in to see I am a level 40 again

Just got off the phone with an SOE service rep and all they could say is 1) it is actually a problem, not something they did on purpose. 2) they know about it. 3) they don't know when it will be fixed.

TSR Mark R.: Good afternoon. We have had multiple problems with MXO users who have subscribed after 5/28 and before June 1. Please let me take a look at your account and I will see what I can do for you

TSR Mark R.: Unfortunately it appears that your account has been locked out from the MXO servers. the worse part is we do not have a tool or utility that allows us to get past the server restrictions. I can offer you a full refund for your subscription. I am very sorry about this. There are a lot of users that I have had to break this news to today and I wish I could do more.
