Just an FYI I plan on reinventing the server status script I made during the time the test server was up and running. The only downside to the script was it only told you if the margin server was up and running...not if the server was clos...

You need to CCR this ingame, if you get enough people to send in a CCR you might get the restart.

Are you behind a router? If so try this: Configure your firewall/router to allow traffic for TCP & UDP ports 10000 (margin server) and 11000 (auth server). See if that works.
