My friend used to be a MXO player well before SOE took over the game..
Now the problem he has is that he quit playing and never got round to converting his account to SOE station pass..
Now he cant remember his account details to do a convert to SOE.
So is there anyway he can retrive his old account details so he can then convert to a station account..
Thanks

Tech support can't help you, but you can have your friend contact SOE billing and see what they can do.

Heres the contact info.

The Account Department can try to locate his old account. Please make sure he calls/emails/chats because only the original owner of an account will be able to recover it. They can also give him instructions to convert the MxO account from WB's old system to ours.
