its not hard to do as a UM, UM has combat enhancement, and UM buff on, AND combat training or the other one, depending on if your stats are for guns or ma, that gives 65+10 from ce plus they are healing fast

ive been thinking about this for a while, how about an ma special out of IL that is a special move that requires no state
