I dont PVP much but I think it is fine the way it is, mabey some trees could do with more rooting or at least slowing debuffs to prevent HJing but you cant kill everyone, and they are running away so arent a threat and nerfing the only way...

This is the only game I know of where buffs can knock off other buffs, I dont see why they all cant stack, it isnt like only one person will be able to do it, everyone can get buffs.
