Colt tells us all about the TWO intruder problem we have now! There's some accelerated programs close by that they think is from the new guy! We are sent off to investigate! SMILEY The first place had a locked door and a bunch of accelerated exiles to fight! Once I beat them all I found out none of them had a key, so I had to restart the mission so I could come back with open door locks program and go in! It was just a scared bluepill inside! The operator also said the code readings from the accelerated guys look exactly like from the first intruder, so they are using the same code! We also found the first intruder Halborn, who told us their names, they've known each other a long time, and that Carlyne is a very underhanded person! Halborn said not to trust Carlyne and only listen to him!

Niobe was concerned that if Halborn and Carlyne keep fighting, Halborn won't be much help to us against the Machines! She wants to find out if there's any way to sort out this problem! o.o

Nice mission, I liked the phase with the Intruder/Halborn with the ring of dead accelerated exiles and Terminator emitting some viral wave. The newcomer does complicate the story (but I think we come to expect the unexpected now), makes you wonder if there is more of them. This could support the theory that there is a secret colony somewhere in the real who are hacking into the Matrix.

I think that if this story arc is going to be pulled off, we're going to need to get more information and quick. Because you can only keep us in the dark so long before we get bored and start a fire.

Part of me enjoys the new conflict with multiple Intruders because with their backstory, it would stand to reason that there could be more and more of them, but another part of me just shouts that they're only going to be around for another subchapter or two before they disappear and very little will have been changed. And if I had to guess, I'd say Halborn will be Zion's boy and we'll end up factionalizing against Carlyne, who seems like a *CENSORED* anyway.

I liked the locked door extra, we see hacking bonus info all the time but very little lock picking.

*shrug* I'm confuzzled, too. Org name? Real Mystery Man's name (i.e. there's more of these things and he's the "leader")? Gotta keep speculating.

Neoteny: I like the light a fire phrase. ;p

I think I may have already falled into that camp (though I wont start a fire SMILEY ) I think that over 12 weeks now and we still dont know what they want, yes I understand that a little mystery is a good thing but in my opinion it may have gone on too long.  SMILEY

Finally got to this mission.

I wonder if Chadwick came up with "Halborn," unless Rarebit was cracking a joke at his own imagination with the name by the operator's comment. I'd always thought Halborn leaned more towards Zion; looks it will stay that way. Carlyne seems more for the Machines, while the Merv, as always, seems to be playing the field. Oh and--

There was a key on a dead guy...?

Aye, but you could pick the lock beforehand as well.
