This is my first guide so I hope i provide an adquate amount of information.
So, you have finally decided to get those bright, shiny red glasses, eh? No problem. It will take a little time but it is a fairly decent item to obtain. Lets get working on them, shall we?
Jack into the Tabor Park West Hardline. This is the closest hardline to where you must go. Once there, head straight west towards Uriah (Industrial Park) and the Mars Industrial Storage building. Outside the building will be a collector named Kimree...

You dont need to talk to him at this point, just head inside and make your way towards the 4th floor. Hyper speed or any movement accelator will help with this process for anyone at a level where all the nps, ranging from level 1 to 4 on the first through 4th floors, are grey. For those who will still have to fight, I recomend sneak or disguise, unless you wish to fight them. Having a higher level companion along with you is a great idea as well.
You need to get to the end of the forth floor and near the elevators towards the 5th floor...
As listed on the above map, there are two different zones that are important. The first zone is where Barebones is located at.
This NPC is a lower level character, and not a threat to the higher level players.

He must remain alive to spawn the headless that you must fight.
Now, let me tell you a little about these headless. When they spawn, they spawn at your own level. ex: I am level 45, so a 2-chevron level 45 (yellow) headless spawns. However, they seem, to me atleast, to be more powerful than your normal run of the mill 2-chevron npc's at the yellow level. They are infact quite strong. **I have been taking them on with a MA loadout, different loadouts may fare better against them**
When they spawn, move to the position on the map and fight them there. That spot is far enough away from Barebones that once you kill the headless you can recover your health before fighting the next one. If you are too close to Bones, he will spawn a new headless once you kill the first. The headless generally drop relatively good loot, but the main thing you should be concerned with are the HEADLESS FRAGS...
There are a total of 7 different frags, and you will need one of each. Once you have each of them, head back outside to Kimree and talk to him. When you talk to him you are going to want to select REQUIREMENT SET 2....
Read over it all if you like and hit trade. Once you do you will finally have the shades!!!
The most important thing you should know about the shades are that while they give you a 10% increase to your IS regain rate, they also reduce your health regain rate by 10%. I myself only wear them in non-combat scenerios. However, they are now yours, so do what you wish with them and wear them with pride!!!
