Possibly, but the best way to report this as a bug (now that you know what you're looking for) is if it happens again take a screenshot with the UI on to show that the TB icon isn't there and send a PM or something to Rare. If it's clients...

We've seen a lot in the past few months that show that changes can mess up the database. I'm not gonna pay to move a character if they're gonna end up as a bald, naked lvl 1. I can do that myself.

Many, many people have requested it over the years, at least as long as I've been playing. In that time the only response from them is that it won't happen due to resources or something.

The game may not support it (The game has never supported them technically with seperate mission controllers etc..) but that doesn't mean you need to stop being Cyph or EPN. Tag or no, if your that way inclined continue to play that role,...

In the options there is a box you can tick to change it from fullscreen mode to windowed. In windowed mode you should be able to minimise the game or simply use AIM with both windows up.

You may have to allow the in-game cinematics a few minutes to stream, I would definately recommend downloading them from the thread indicated by Garu and playing them via your own media player.
