What buff is giving this effect?

I honestly dunno what it is.  What the bloody hell are the green balls on my hands?!

Only things I've got activated are Merovingian's Boon, Hyperspeed, and Combat Evasion.

Then it's glitched on something else on me, because I don't ever use Boosters.

Do you have a shot of it with your UI on?

No, I was looking for one, but I was too fascinated by what it was and didn't take any with my UI on SMILEY.

All I had active though was what I listed.  Plus Karate and Power Tactic, but I doubt those would be what caused.  Maybe just a client side glitch that showed it even though I didn't have a booster active.

Possibly, but the best way to report this as a bug (now that you know what you're looking for) is if it happens again take a screenshot with the UI on to show that the TB icon isn't there and send a PM or something to Rare. If it's clientside then he probably won't be able to do anything but it could be an error in the server, something that he could fix or report.

Yeah, if I see it again I will.

Does this do anything in combat like Energized Attacks used to? (graphically obviously)  Or do they just rotate like that?  My buffs don't really work well in combat so I don't know what they look like SMILEY

They just orbit your hands. It's really just a sign to people that (supposedly) a TB was used. Mainly added for the benefit of PvP and duels I guess

I always thought that was an effect special gloves gave (like quicksilvers with the red glow), as i always used to notice it on Torturers gloves, and some of the collector's gloves...can't say i really notice it now though....but that's what i always though was the cause SMILEY

I though that Tatcic Boosters were a one time animation? And after you injected them the code went away?

OR do you have Download Mission Map?? from what I remember is the animation is the same for Download Mision Map and Tatic Boosters...

That's a Tactic Booster animation!A great little addition that help people see if someone is using a Tactic Booster..

That was a long time ago, before I stuck my oar in.

No idea how you activated the animation without taking a TB that day.
