This cycle has been occuring for a long time.
Unless they are named Exploits, of course

This isn't unexpected, I remember saying somewhat the same as eval at the meeting I attended. In fact, last week I told Chloe that the faction will be disbanded within 2 weeks because of drama. I have no clue what is going on, haven't heard about any drama, no one told me about it. I just know it's there.
Only advice I can give: Don't form another faction. Join other existing ones. They're much, much better. The cycle of new faction > drama > new faction will continue until you stop forming new factions. And when no new faction is formed the drama will stop too. Mark my words. =)
