Sounds like an overheating problem. Open your case and by carefully blowing make sure all your fans and heatsinks are dust-free. if that doesn't fix the problem then leave the case open and point a house-fan in there.

What make & model is your motherboard? Your current card is a 2x or 4x AGP and if your motherboard is 2x AGP a newwer AGP card won't run. Also getting another 512 MB RAM will speed MxO up massively.

If you have an nVidia card I'd strongly recommend against any Omega drivers as well. They're generally pretty good for ATI cards though. Every single version of the nVidia omega drivers has had a critical issue.

Just to clarify on Jeffer's response, this issue is almost always due to slow buffering speeds. Just be patient and wait and the movie will start... they're fairly large. I.E. episode 6.1 is just over 14MB
