Something i just can't get my head around.

In the first Matrix, when Smith is....integrating Morpheus, he asks the other two Agents to leave them alone.
Later on they burst in and one of the agents says "What were you doing?" and the other says "He doesn't know." to which Smith replies "Know what?".

Yes, know what? I want to know what the hell they were talking about. Did it look some what homosexual? That's all i can think of.

I thought they meant that he didn't know about Neo and Trinity attacking the building. Smith had taken his earpiece off, so he wouldn't have heard the news yet.

Yea I would have thought that was obvious, it was about the attack on the building, since their next line is..

"I think they're trying to save him"

I thought it had a double meaning of sorts. As in Smith doesn't know that they're trying to save Morpheus, but also that he doens't know what he's doing. That's the way it came across to me.

But then again, it could just be bad acting. SMILEY
