We must bear the Oracle's words in our hearts and minds. She speaks of a great test coming--of a responsibility that we will have for the future of this world, and the other. Let us be found worthy, my friends. Let the Dream become Reality.

The Cypherites have it coming for 'em! Hah, good news for me.

If I recall correctly, after your group dispersed vira had some other cyphs board a EPN scout ship and kill the crew. I thought it was a job well done, a little much on the taunting but a nice execution over all.

((heh heh, no one inspires fear and doubt better than the Oracle, God love her, lol.))

"God......this place is rife with morons."

Indeed, Viraconrida.  That is, if you were talking about Megacity at large.

If I'm not mistaken, gnothi seauton was inscribed on a wall at Delphi, where one would see it when speaking to the Oracle.  Today, our Oracle's words are a virtual Castilian Spring of information, or perhaps a Castilian Spring of code as it were.  And Cryptos, perhaps you are not quite the moster that most Zion operatives would make you out to be.

"And thou art stranger to thy guest
And know'st not what thou doth invest.
The clouds that veil his life within
Are thy thick woven webs of sin,
Which his glory struggling through
Darkens to thine evil hue. "

I must study this further.

Tear each other apart, and leave the rebuilding to us.

Not bad, Cryptonomicon. And here is the poem by Emerson for all to read.

It would seem that Cryptos has a more humane side to him. There is nothing wrong with missing an old friend who has passed, but when he tried to give up all of Zion for selfishness, you should have found a new friend.

Heeyyy... That's me!))

It's a bit discouraging to hear that some things will still get worse in the times ahead, despite all of the progress made against the General thus far.

did anyone catch the name of that normal commando at the end?  I didn't even know he was there.

"Everything that has a begining has an end"

You told us that Oracle.

The code of the one is in us all. Yet there is also the separate entity of Sarah Edmontons to consider.

Oracle, whether your understanding of the "why" allows you to see the eventual outcome of your deception is something only you know.
But heed this: your "good cop" to the aparent "bad cop" will not wash with me. Just as not all are decieved by the illusion of the Matrix, the illusion of Cryptos, or indeed the illusion of freedom... not all are decieved by the illusion of your benefaction.

Could it be that puppets will find their strings cut?

My ancestors were foolhardy, and doomed themselves to torment, slavery and destruction, by falsely believeing they were superior. I believe in a world that is united, cohesively working as a whole. But that world will never be achived by deception, repression, or aggression.

Of the mountains of retoric the General has spouted, there have been some elements of truth (much like you have done), one that sticks in my mind is that directly attacking your enemy only hardens their resolve. Continued denial of trechery on all sides, despite obvious evidence to the contrary, breeds nought but mistrust.

Like a good marriage, the only way forward is with open communication paired with unfaltering trust.

Distruction of the Matrix is ineveitable, but hopefully not before a suitable means of ensuring the continuation of life for the many innocents it contains. Human and non-organic intelligence alike.

Unfortunately violent mistrust, it would seem, is in the nature of both.

I like the way that was translated. It gives new meaning to the old...

A time of reckoning is coming very soon. We shall rise up and truly defend Humanity.

It does not matter if it is from the General, or The Cypherites. They both threaten Humanity in the greatest. Both will be delt with.

No dealings with the Oracle, nor how you may shape it, Cypherites have crossed the line. We have let them stand beside us for too long now...

Infinite embosomed in a man. Sounds like the one to me....

The true roll of the Cypherites has yet to become clear. Up to now, they did nothing else than murder, betray and deceit. Maybe that will change.

What it means is that Either the Oracle is a big fat liar... Which I doubt very much.

OR

That is not Cryptos. Rather it is a shell inhabited by another... merely an appearance, an illusion if you will. No surprise then that he is rather good at masking the appearance of others.

Another piece falls into place...
