Like 1.3 1.2 1.1 4.2 those things non of them load for me anyone know y?

some take a while to load but i believe theres a thread lying around where you can downlaod them
Go to residual self image section and look at the sticky that says RSI Resouce (or something close to that) and you can download cinematics

Could be a problem with Windows Media Player (since that is what they are encoded with) but most likely is the time it is taking to stream them to your client since they are streamed from the internet, not loaded from your hard drive.
Download them like suggested above and you should be fine (and it will also highlight if there is a problem with Windows Media Player for you).

Just to clarify on Jeffer's response, this issue is almost always due to slow buffering speeds. Just be patient and wait and the movie will start... they're fairly large.
I.E. episode 6.1 is just over 14MB
