The XP is generally better, if nothing else due to the increased number of mission phases. With standards its a gamble of anywhere between 2 and 4 while with Archives (apart from a few oddities early on in the story) are pretty much guante...

Right, first things first, do the newbie trail at Uriah (where you first jack in proper) by talking to Clio and following her instructions. Trust me, there's no rush to do missions and start choosing sides just yet, it'll only throw you in...
20/07/2008 Update Machine and Merovingian 10.3.4 are up, Zion is currently pending. 21/07/2008 Update New Mission Summaries "hub" has been added to the left hand Database Menu of MxO@Rumbaar, making all current and previous mission summari...

Not to mention Mauser brought Override codes back into the Matrix with him, where'd he get a hold of that tech if not directly from someone inside the Colony? It could explain his ability to jack in as well, i mean, Halborn and Carlyne use...

Hey there and welcome to the game! Servers... well theres not any real differences but some advice thats been given in the past is mostly timezone based. If you're based more in an american timezone go Recurison and if you're more Europe w...
Stats were capped at 30 as part of CR2 and a roll-back like suggested happened to avoid just this problem. It seems this lag bug was a way around that but was never rolled back once the problem was fixed. Hence this thread.
Wow, i'm actually quite surprised at the number of things supporting mine and ijaking's speculation as presented in this thread within this issue. Also, anyone willing to share some of their image fragments with me for the sake of trying t...
Also, from the latest Sentinal, regarding the Oracle's death, "Don't worry about your friend, dear, because the dead are never truly gone forever. They say that when we go to that final resting place, we're reunited with all of our lost lo...
Out of curiousity, does anyone still archive the sentinels? Its a little dissheartening that we lose the previous issue each time it's updated.
Had no idea this was still going on, pretty big bug/sploit if it is. Fix plz.

This one was even better than the first, great stuff!
Some other things floating around since the latest Zion crits suggests no real heirarchical structure to the Ouroboros (thus, Oligarch's) systems: - Each Oligarch works on a purely self contained basis, able to operate individually within...

15/07/2008 Update 10.3.3 is up and 10.3.2 now includes pictures. Enjoy. ^_^
Yes, we know what it does, but we dont know to what extent it does it. Regardless, it brings back the argument that multi-fighting should be re-made as a logical compliment to this ability in some way.
Me and a good friend, ijakings, were talking earlier where we discussed our shared idea that Ouroboros may well have been the company that first created the Machine AI. I mean, are the intital creators actually referenced anywhere? Animatr...
Well it's slightly old news now but I've just tweaked the format a bit and thought now is a good a time as any to make an 'official' announcement here on DN1 that http://www.thematrix.rumbaar.net/ has teamed up with ZippyTheSquirrel to pro...

So we come to the realisation that Ouroboros is really just a front for the Oligarchs... Ouroboros being an electrical goods company specialising in home toasters (i swear i remember reading that somewhere though i cant find the source for...

Thought I'd just say a big welcome to returning MxO player and latest member of The Omega Syndicate, DigitalPhreak
WB Yo' =D
Thats a point, this is another quest without an info/xp trade in option. What ever happened to that being the design philosophy moving forward? Now things are just plain inconsistant.

Feel free to check out The Omega Syndicate and add me (CloudWolf) to your buddy list, im a UKer too so we might bump into eachother sometime ^_^
If anything it needs fixing so that it doesn't break every other time my interlock attempt fails. The jump in/bounce back animation completely borks the auto timer.

The whole thing needs a bit of a rebalance. That much is obvious.
I find the severe lack of any real engineering fixes of late quite disturbing. Theres still some big exploits to be plugged up and some systems (indoors interlock, marketplace for example) that could certainly use at some love. That said,...

Speaking of redundant abilities, put a level cap of 25 on hyperjump already.

Think it might have something to do with the district reflow, they reflowed the npc levels but not the mission pointers.

But if it were merely a historic construct, whats with the ninjas in the dev screenshot thread?
Or *shock horror* those who wanted to PvP 24/7 could hang in the places where thats intended i.e. constructs.
