Hey guys, I'm working on something, and I need some help trying to understand exactly what charges Wright had filed against P-A and Zion.

It would depend on which legislature Megacity was founded.
Something along the lines of Corporate/Intellectual Theft, would be my best guess.
Trespassing, larceny, murder/manslaughter if there were any security guards killed in the process, conspiracy, defamation, fraud... and plenty more, if the Wright lawyers were smart enough to cast a wide net.
They would likey go after Niobe and/or Colt and whatever Zionites had direct contact with Mauser when he was zippin' around, not to mention Brenda Utley would likely lose her job if P-A lost the suit, and P-A itself would lose billions of dollars, its reputation, and quite a bit of power.
Of course, that's only if they get caught under the entirety of the net. If Zion can remove evidence of enough of the charges, then Wright would be forced to settle out of court on a much lesser accusation, let alone charge, and the most it could do is acquire restraining orders against P-A and Zion officials.

Thats if Zion ever make it to Court, The Machines seem pretty determined to handle this behind closed doors without letting the existance of Zion (even as a private investigation agency) go public.
