I believe dual handguns fire faster, but hit for less damage each time, while single handguns hit harder with each hit, but fire less frequently.

Full system scan. Was it installed on a different login on that computer at any point, or even played on another login of that computer?
Get a few luggables. They can help quite a bit. Actually take a look at clothing other than accuracy/damage/defense clothing. Loadouts that can area heal in interlock are pretty self sufficient as well, good for solo PVP.

It's a hot key having to deal with if you press CTRL and somewhere near the WASD keys. Happens to me a lot. Go into your keybindings option in game and go look, I forget what key combo it is exactly. You can change it and make it go away.
