That is good, hopefully now I will be able to afford my second 360, the release console I have now isn't doing to well, tray jamming, huge black mark on the top when I dropped a 32" TV on it. It still works, but now I have a better option...

If your wear headphones, it is pretty easy to hear the footstep sounds, without the loud noises that come with raising the PC's volume. Thats what I can hear anyway, maybe I just have my headphones on too loud.
